ABOUT THE TREATMENT

This product, as with our other oil well stimulation chemicals is 98% biodegradable and made with domestically sourced renewable plant-based materials. This ‘green’ petrochemical forms part of a two-part well intervention solution specifically created to unclog the flow of oil due to water build up in the well. While doing this, it increases production up to 100%.Oil wells experience major production reductions or are even abandoned in some cases due to “wet gas” condensing as temperatures approach the dew point, causing water to block the flow of oil from the well.As a result, we’ve created an environmentally friendly way to deal with this problem without the use of superheated steam or any dangerous acids that may ruin or contaminate the oil.

BENEFITS OF USING THE TREATMENT

Unlike other petrochemicals, our product is not a solvent and won’t ever mix with or degrade the oil. Once the well intervention treatment is complete, the oil remains uncompromised and is fully compatible with production facilities and their refining processes.

Unlike acids, our biodegradable well stimulation products don’t persist in the bore, affecting the structure, or formation.

Meaning, they preserve the structure and are intrinsically safe for the people using them. Furthermore, biodegradable well stimulation remedies bring down insurance premiums.

Other benefits include

They are not chlorine-based, and that is why they have little to no effect on the environment

They perform at a level far superior to alternative solvents

At the Nano-level, they are 180 000 times smaller than that of a regular petrochemical

The particle size is smaller than any other chemical product available in the world

They can enter matrixes and voids in the bore that cannot be reached by alternative products, and the surface tension is extremely low

APPLICATION & DIRECTIONS FOR USE OF THE TREATMENT

The amount that needs to be used depends entirely on the depth of the well, the size of the bore, the specific down-hole conditions and the type of crude. Another factor to consider is the substantiation of specific formation restrictions.

The process is made up of the following

Dilution of the product with water on site (fresh or salt) before pumping

Pumping the treatment down the well

Recirculating the well and then allowing 12-24 hours of ‘soaking’ or dwell time under pressure

Upon completion of treatment, the oils and the contaminants will be pumped out with the initial flow (into a Baker or holding tank) for eco-friendly disposal.

Well Wake UP! Is part of a two-part application process that works best as part of a comprehensive service plan. Mix Part A with Part B on site and apply to well as per instructions.
