DESCRIPTION

MESE Heavy Duty Degreaser cleans a wide range of hydrocarbon deposits found on equipment, vehicles, and tanks found in the oil and gas industries. MESE Heavy Duty Degreaser is manufactured from non-toxic, plant-based material to produce a colloidal suspension. When activated by mixing with water, the product forms nano-sized cleaning particles called micelles. These micelles act immediately to penetrate oils and grease. Each molecule of oil is broken down separately and then held in a colloidal suspension as it is rinsed off the clean surface being cleaned.

In municipal waste water systems fats, oils, and grease (FOG) can foul lift stations and associated piping. MESE Heavy Duty Degreaser can be used to penetrate the deposit and remove it. Since the product is non-toxic it will not negatively affect the biological processes in the treatment plant.

Tests have proven that MESE Heavy Duty Degreaser can lift the toughest “baked” on oil where conventional solutions have failed to do so.

APPLICATIONS

MESE Oil Field Degreaser may be safely applied to many surfaces for removal of dirt and hydrocarbon contaminants. Select proper dilution according to directions. For treatment of large areas, properly diluted product may be applied by spraying with pressure washer or any suitable pump that is equipped with a chemical inductor or feed pump. For small areas, properly diluted product may be applied with a small sprayer, scrubber, or mop. This product is free rinsing with both fresh and salt water.

DIRECTIONS FOR USE

For general surface cleaning, dilute concentrated product as per instructions. 1 part product diluted up to 100 parts water for general purpose cleaning and, down to 30:1 for heavily soiled situations. Apply enough product to thoroughly wet area, agitate and then rinse clean.Best results are obtained by allowing diluted solution to soak for a least 5-10 minutes to soften the oil deposits. Reapplication may be necessary in heavily contaminated areas. When using a power washer or sprayer, apply diluted product at mid pressure (approximately 100 PS() and adjust pressure and angle of the hose to achieve optimum results.
